What this covers
These terms cover the Between Subjects publishing tool (“the tool”), a private
application used by its operator to upload videos produced by Between Subjects to
social media accounts owned by Between Subjects, including TikTok.
Who may use it
The tool is not offered to the public. It has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no
interface for anyone other than its operator. It is not a service provided to third
parties, and no third party is invited to connect an account to it.
What it does
- Generates video, audio and captions for Between Subjects content.
- Uploads that content to Between Subjects’ own social media accounts.
- Reads back public performance figures for those posts, such as view and like
counts, so we can see how our own videos performed.
What it does not do
The tool does not act on behalf of any other person, does not post to accounts it
does not own, and does not offer publishing or analytics to anyone else.
Content
Videos published through the tool are produced by Between Subjects, which is
responsible for their content, and are subject to the terms and community
guidelines of the platform they are posted to.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is internal software
and carries no service commitment to anyone.

These terms may be updated. The date above records the current version.
